Summer 2026 housing applications are available via StarRez on April 3. 

2026 Dates:

• May Term, May 11 - May 23
• Summer I (1), May 24 - July 6
• Summer II (2), July 5  - Aug. 16
• August Intersession, Aug. 17 - 27

Requirements:

• Students staying on campus for both Summer I (1) and Summer II 2 may be required to change rooms between those terms so that maintenance and cleaning can take place.
• Summer II 2 applications will be available in May.

Things to Know:

• The summer location will be in Palm Apartments.
• The summer housing location is subject to change.
• For summer housing rates and other information, please refer to the Summer Tuition and Fees page or the Residence Life Housing and Meal Rates Page. 
• Summer assignments are not finalized until move-in day.
