UT Holding Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Feb. 6
Students, faculty and staff from The University of Tampa will honor the legacy of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a day of service to the Tampa Bay community on Saturday, Feb. 6.
Emily Little ’18, community outreach co-director for UT’s PEACE Volunteer Center, said this annual tradition at the University is a great way for students to get out into the Tampa Bay community.
“Students should sign up for this event, because it is a wonderful chance to give back to the community, interact with passionate and inspiring individuals, and witness how volunteering can greatly impact the local community,” said Little.
Participants will volunteer their time and energy at several area nonprofits, including:

Tiele Aldridge, (813) 899-0290 - Rebuilding Tampa Bay Together
