The Office of Campus Recreation offers hundreds of organized activities in intramural sports, fitness, club sports and informal recreation, both on and off campus. On average, students make up over 350 different organized intramural teams throughout the year, participating in nearly 1,000 games. UT has intramural sports for flag football, softball, basketball, soccer, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball and more. Off-campus activities include paintball, hiking, water biking, stand up paddleboarding, as well as sea and moonlight kayaking.

The Fitness and Recreation Center's normal semester hours are Monday-Thursday 6:30 a.m.-12 a.m., Friday 6:30 a.m.-10 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m.-10 p.m.

The Fitness and Recreation Center is currently closed. We will reopen on Friday, Aug. 23, at 3 p.m. On Saturday, Aug. 24, and Sunday, Aug. 25, we will be open from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Regular hours will resume on Monday, Aug. 26.
