On Feb. 12, the University of Tampa will host “College Goal Sunday” to allow students to gain information on scholarships and federal aid for post-high school education, and receive assistance by financial aid experts in completing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
The event, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Feb. 12 from 2-5 p.m. in the Sykes College of Business on the UT campus.
Students in attendance will also have the opportunity to take part in an on-site scholarship drawing. The drawing will be random and will allow students an opportunity to acquire a scholarship for use at any college or university.
The event is sponsored by the UT Office of
Financial Aid. For more information, contact Tierra Smith, associate director of financial aid, at (813) 253-6219 or
