On Thursday, Oct. 1, The University of Tampa will welcome Tony DiBenedetto, chairman and CEO of Tribridge, as part of the TECO Energy Center for Leadership Speaker Series. The presentation, titled
Leadership in a Service Economy, begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Sykes College of Business Building, Room 131. The event is free and open to the public, though space is limited.
DiBenedetto leads the strategic direction, development and vision of Tribridge, a technology services firm specializing in business applications and cloud solutions. He has 30 years of experience in the technology services industry, with a focus on executive management, business innovation and high-impact growth.
As the recipient of numerous leadership awards, including the Ernst & Young Florida Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Technology and induction into the Florida State University College of Business Hall of Fame, DiBenedetto has dedicated his entire career to the areas of corporate culture, customer advocacy and servant leadership.
DiBenedetto co-founded Tribridge in 1998 and has led the firm through the successful acquisition and integration of several companies, resulting in a compounded annual growth rate of more than 40 percent each year. Under his guidance, Tribidge has grown from a start-up company to one of the leading technology services providers in the United States.
The TECO Energy Center for Leadership Speaker Series is dedicated to bringing outstanding leaders from the private, government and nonprofit sectors to campus to discuss business topics and corporate strategies with students and members of the community.
