Paul Corrigan works across the fields of English in writing studies, literary studies and creative writing. The unifying threads that connect his interests across these areas are pedagogy, social justice and the study of reading.
Professional and Community Activities
Corrigan has published popular and scholarly essays as well as poems in such places as Pedagogy, Profession, Reader, TheAtlantic.com, Ruminate, Poets Reading the News and elsewhere. He is currently working on two book projects, tentatively titled Teaching Literary Reading and Learning Antiracist Reading.
Honors and Awards
Poems have twice won the Rattle Ekphrastic Challenge.
