Career Specialties
Kelly Allgeier is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified Coach (BCC) with a career designation. She has experience working in career development with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni in all phases of career transition. In her current role at UT, she serves as a career coach for graduate students, manages the internship program and facilitates the first destination survey.
Prior to working at UT, Allgeier acquired experience in higher education career services at the University of Kentucky and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Professional and Community Activities
Allgeier serves as an ex-officio member of the internship committee at The University of Tampa. She also serves on the Tampa Chamber's Workforce Development Committee. She is a member of the Colleges of Central Florida Career Consortium, Southern Association of Colleges and Employers, and Florida Association of Colleges and Employers.
