Speech Contest
The UT Center for Public Speaking hosts a speech contest every fall semester that is open to all students. Cash prizes are awarded.
The Center for Public Speaking’s mission is to enhance communication skills and offer support services at The University of Tampa. We provide one-to-one tutoring and small group workshops with peer tutors and experienced professionals.
Speaking Center services include:
- Brainstorming and Outlining
- Mock Interviews
- Delivery and Content
- Evaluation of Visual Aids
- Conference Preparation
