Leading with Purpose: A Holistic Approach to Leadership
Through experiential learning, readings and analyses, students develop an understanding of leadership concepts and how to utilize this body of knowledge to inspire others to achieve organizational goals a work-life integration approach.

Strategic Management
Through readings, case analyses and an intensive project, students apply the concepts, tools and knowledge gained from all previous coursework to solve real-world problems. Success in the course depends upon accurate problem definition and resolution, extensive fact-finding and analysis, creativity and effective team management.

Marketing Analytics
This course shows how data can inform stronger marketing strategy and better business results. By connecting core marketing concepts with practical analytical tools, students learn to interpret customer and market data to support effective decision-making and growth.

Concentrations
Effective business leaders must develop a broad scope of skills and tools in order to succeed. The Sykes College of Business offers MBA students the opportunity to choose from nine concentrations (about 12 credits) that enhance their specialized knowledge and technical skills in specific areas of study. Beyond providing students with differentiating credentials, concentrations allow them to discover new passions and define career goals.

Sykes Online MBA program requires:
- A completed application.
- Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions.
- Two years of professional work experience.
- Professional résumé.
- Personal statement (500-1,000 words).
- Two professional references (letters or forms).
- GMAT or GRE scores (waivers available under specific conditions; refer to requirements for detailed criteria).
- International applicants: TOEFL or IELTS scores where applicable.
- $40 dollar application fee
