Becky Ballenger Gann specializes in entrepreneurship and innovation, women in leadership, and organizational behavior.

Professional and Community Activities

Gann is a member of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) and the Academy of Management.  She recently served as the Vice President of Global Membership and Strategic Relationships at AACSB International, where she also held key leadership positions in business development.  Her previous roles include Director of the Values and Ventures Program at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, Executive Director of USASBE, and consultant for nonprofit organizations and associations.  Gann currently serves on the board of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization.

Honors and Awards

She has been recognized by USASBE as a Justin G. Longenecker Fellow for her exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship.
