What is Social Wellness?
Social wellness is about the relationships we have and how we interact with others. It is establishing a sense of connection, belonging, developing a strong support network and dealing with conflict effectively. Social wellbeing also includes showing respect for others, oneself and other cultures. It is also choosing to nurture meaningful relationships with family, friends and colleagues, and building just and caring communities.
