Give your support where UT needs it most. Make a gift to the Annual Fund, and UT will be able to use your donation immediately to support our most urgent needs.
As a private University, UT depends on the philanthropic support of the community it serves. Because the University cannot be sustained by tuition alone, all donations are greatly appreciated and will be used to continue a tradition of academic excellence.
Alumni of all class years give back to their alma mater through gifts to the Annual Fund so that current and future students can follow in their footsteps at The University of Tampa. This year alumni gifts will help support the 92 percent of students currently receiving financial support, the more than 200 academic programs currently offered, improvements for UT's 105 acre campus and faculty development and teaching innovation for UT faculty members, 90 percent of whom hold doctorates or the highest degree in their field.
But giving back to UT helps you, too. A degree from a well-regarded University can open a lot of doors. University rankings take into account the number of alumni who donate back to the institution – regardless of how much they give.
The more alumni who support UT, the higher our future ranking will be and the stronger your alma mater’s reputation will become. Alumni can continue this tradition of excellence by supporting the Annual Fund today!

Support your student by giving to the Parent and Family Fund. The Parent and Family Fund offers parents and family members of current and former students a way to enhance the UT experience for all students while showing support for their own son or daughter. The fund is led by the Family Association Board and provides several named scholarships each year while also helping to make improvements campus-wide. Donors may also direct their support to specific programs.

In its fledgling years, The University of Tampa was fortunate if it could collect half the tuition due from its students. It was only through the dedication of its professors – who worked without pay – that the University survived the Great Depression. This spirit of giving remains to this day. UT’s faculty and staff continue to give generous financial and volunteer support to the University.
This year, nearly 70 percent of University faculty and staff will contribute financially to UT. As our closest stakeholders, donations from UT employees set an example to the community and show UT is a sound investment. Contributions can be made through payroll deductions, as well as one-time donations.
This fundraising drive offers an opportunity for students to help other students by donating $20.19, or any amount possible, to create a scholarship in the name of the Class of 2019. The 2019 Seniors for Scholarships Campaign Committee's goal is to raise $3,000 in scholarships for the 92 percent of students who receive financial aid. Many companies choose to give back to the community by supporting The University of Tampa, a University on the move with increased student enrollment in each of the last 17 years. This investment provides much needed financial assistance to deserving students while bringing positive publicity to the company. UT serves the corporate community by educating bright students from across the country and the world. Many settle in Tampa creating a talented work pool for corporate recruiting.
By funding annual or endowed scholarships, sponsoring events such as the Top Shot Tournament, underwriting programs such as the Business Ethics Award or enhancing campus facilities, corporations can get a marketing benefit from their investment while doing good in their community.
