Complete the following forms only if requested to do so by UT's Financial Aid Office. If you have questions regarding what forms you should complete, please check your status on Workday.

Verification Documents and Tax Transcripts

The Financial Aid Office is pleased to announce that we have contracted with the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) for verification services. KHEAA will be contacting you with instructions on how to register on their secure web portal and complete the verification process at http://KHEAAVerify.com/website/KHEAAVerify/UT. Once logged in, you will be able to complete the required verification questionnaire, upload any supporting documentation and e-sign as needed.

For questions regarding the verification process, please contact KHEAA directly at (855) 272-8771 or verification@kheaa.com.

The following forms are to be used for the Fall 2024, Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 terms.

FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid)

The FAFSA for the 2024-2025 academic year will be available in December 2023. The exact date has not been announced by the U.S. Department of Education.
