Career Specialties

Pham's research in finance focuses on corporate finance and corporate governance, with a particular emphasis on the role and effectiveness of the firm's board of directors. She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles examining board structure, executive compensation, and how these governance mechanisms influence firm value and strategic decision-making.

Professional and Community Activities

Pham has published in several leading finance journals, including the Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Business, Finance & Accounting, The Financial Review, Journal of Financial Research, Real Estate Finance, and a solo-authored paper in European Financial Management. She regularly presents her research at national and regional conferences such as the Financial Management Association and the Southern Finance Association. In addition to her scholarly contributions, Pham serves as an ad-hoc referee for prominent journals including Financial Management, European Financial Management, and the International Review of Financial Analysis. She has also been an active member of the Undergraduate Curriculum Committee for the past five years, where she is deeply committed to evolving the curriculum to meet the dynamic needs of higher education.
