Massey's academic interests lie in organizational behavior and human resource management, with a particular focus on workplace justice, employee engagement, and the ethical use of emerging technologies such as AI in managerial decision-making.

Professional and Community Activities

Massey's recent work includes publications and submissions to top-tier journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Human Relations, and Journal of Applied Psychology, with a revise-and-resubmit currently under review at JBE. MaQueba is also in the process of building an AI-enabled software to test hiring biases in which I won a grant for at SIOP titled 2025 Zedeck-Jacobs Adverse Impact Reduction Research Grant
