Tromoui Malone has over a decade of experience in educational leadership and instruction, that has equipped him with a strong understanding of academic frameworks, learning challenges and intervention strategies. Malone possesses the ability to assess student needs, implement individualized support plans and guide students toward academic persistence and graduation.

Professional and Community Activities

Malone is a member of the University of Tampa Alumni Association, where he maintained strong ties with the University, as well as collaborate with fellow Spartans to uphold and spread the University's mission. He is also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
