Jerry Liu specializes in human resource management and organizational behavior.

Professional and Community Activities

Jerry Liu’s research focuses on three main areas: the work-life interface, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. He is particularly interested in how individuals’ unique life experiences shape their work behaviors, interactions with colleagues, and overall well-being in the workplace.

Liu’s work has been published in the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and he has presented his research at major academic conferences, including the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
