Career Specialties

Cecil Kegans is a retired United States Marine (USMC) where he held a variety of administrative leadership positions. After his time in the USMC, he spent the next few years coaching basketball at the collegiate level in Virginia.

Professional and Community Activities

Kegans serves as a member of the Veterans and Military Programs and Services Advisory Group.
