Romuald Delacroix is a primary care family nurse practitioner. He has worked in various clinical settings including family primary care practice, urgent care and addiction medicine.

His areas of research include second victim phenomena, medical errors, just culture, therapeutic aspect of self forgiveness, addiction medicine and care of incarcerated patients.
