Cummings is an industrial and organizational psychologist who studies a variety of organizational topics including performance appraisal and sexual harassment.

Professional and Community Activities

Cummings has researched the various factors that impact perceptions of sexual harassment in organizational and academic contexts. She has also served as a consultant to a variety of organizations on topics including performance appraisal, job satisfaction, job analysis and training needs assessment.
