Within the field of law, Platau specializes in professional liability/malpractice of accountants and attorneys; arbitration and mediation ADR for commercial and professional disputes; and the formation, organization and taxation of business enterprises.

Professional and Community Activities

Platau has served with the Board of Governors, Florida Institute of CPAs, 1994-2002; State Legislative Policy Committee; Professional Liability Committee; Florida Institute of CPAs; and the Dale Mabry Elementary PTA.
