Career Specialties

Caitlyn Hurley leads a team dedicated to supporting students navigating personal, academic and well-being challenges. With extensive experience in case management, crisis response and student support services, she specializes in collaborating with campus partners to provide holistic, coordinated care. A certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Life Coach and Victim Services Practitioner, Hurley is passionate about empowering students through proactive outreach, resource connection and education.

Professional and Community Activities

Hurley is an active leader within the Higher Education Case Managers Association, serving as director of non-clinical case manager membership and benefits, where she supports over 1,000 members nationwide through professional development, networking opportunities and best practice initiatives. She also contributes to the profession through conference planning, awards selection and facilitating national committee work. In addition, Hurley teaches Speech for Business and the Professions and a first-year seminar course at the University of Tampa, further supporting student success and engagement.
