Veronika Ciarleglio's career specialties include leadership, decision-making, strategic change, sustainability, social evaluations (i.e., organizational status and reputation), international entrepreneurship and consulting.

Professional and Community Activities

Ciarleglio has published papers related to international business and foreign entrepreneurship. She is also an active member of the following associations: Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, and Southern Management Association.

Currently, Ciarleglio is focusing on managerial decision-making and its impact on organizational outcomes. More specifically, she examines leaders' biases which impact their decision-making, behaviors and organizational outcomes.

Ciarleglio believes that community involvement is a very important element of one's individual and professional growth. She is honored to being involved with the UT community.
