Career Specialties

As the staff assistant for Community Engagement, Tess Aguilar supervises two teams of student employees, oversees and facilitates programming in the Spartan Club game room, and provides administrative and office support to their team, collaboratively supporting Registered Student Organizations (RSOs).

Aguilar has served on the Student Affairs Strategic Planning and Assessment (SPA) Committee since Fall 2024 and the UTampa Democracy Coalition since Summer 2024. They previously served on the History and Heritage Month Committee through the Office of Access and Community programs from Fall 2022-Spring 2025.
