Writing for Public Relations
Alan Abitbol has over a decade of experience working in a variety of contexts including corporate communications, entertainment public relations, and government relations. His research examines corporate social responsibility and corporate social advocacy communication and how both impact corporate outcomes.
Abitbol has published scholarly articles in several journals including Journal of Business Ethics, Public Relations Review, International Journal of Strategic Communication, and Journal of Communication Management. He has also presented his work at many international conferences.
Abitbol is also a member of the public relations division of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC). For the AEJMC PR division, he has served as a member of the Inez Kaiser Award and social media committees. Abitbol has also been a member of the Public Relations Society of America.
