About Live Well

"Providing a forum of wellness initiatives to continually improve healthy behaviors based on a holistic well-being philosophy."

The University of Tampa has always put an emphasis on the health and well-being of its students. Live Well, a student-led organization, was formed to empower the UTampa community to improve healthy behaviors and lifestyles in themselves and others.

Live Well is based on a holistic well-being philosophy that addresses the community’s dynamic needs and all aspects of a balanced life by providing a wide array of services and education.

It also acts as the overarching “umbrella” for multiple wellness initiatives out of the Dickey Health and Wellness Center. We have weekly meetings on Fridays at 8:30 am in the Fitness Center VIP Room (2nd Floor).

Each year, Live Well hosts the biannual Energii Wellness Expo and Pirate Fest.
