Employers can post openings, access resumes and request participation for fairs and events through SpartanHIRE for Employers.
Please carefully review Statements A, B, C and D below and provide responses to the corresponding questions through the SpartanHIRE platform. Statement A: TITLE IX

Statement C: MUTUAL INDEMNIFICATION
Each Party (the ‘Indemnifying Party’) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the other Party (the ‘Indemnified Party’) and all of Indemnified Party’s officers, agents and employees from and against all claims, liability, loss and expense, including reasonable costs, collection expenses, attorneys’ fees and court costs caused by the negligent act or omission of the Indemnifying Party, its officers, agents, and employees incurred by the Indemnified Party in the investigation and defense of any claim, demand or action arising out of the work performed under this Agreement; including breach of the Indemnifying Party of this Agreement. The Indemnifying Party shall not be liable for any claims, damages or liabilities caused by the sole negligence of the Indemnified Party, its subcontractors, agents, or employees. This clause shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Compliance with any insurance requirements required elsewhere within this Agreement shall not relieve the Indemnifying Party of its liability and obligation to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Indemnified Party as set forth in this article of the Agreement.
Statement D: LIABILITY INSURANCE
Company has liability insurance that will cover student internship during their time in their internship. (Required to host a UTampa intern.) Your company shall, at its sole cost and expense, procure and maintain throughout the term of this agreement, Comprehensive General liability insurance or self-insurance as approved by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, including Employer Liability insurance, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 aggregate or to the extent and in such amounts as authorized and required by Florida Statute section 768.28 (5), whichever is greater, as well as Worker’s Compensation insurance for the minimum statutory amounts and will provide endorsed certificates of insurance generated and executed by a licensed insurance broker, brokerage or similar licensed insurance professional evidencing such coverage. Certificates of insurance and certified copies of the insurance policy must accompany this signed contract. Said insurance coverages procured by COMPANY as required herein, including but not limited to any excess and/or umbrella coverages, shall be considered, and COMPANY agrees that said insurance coverages it procures as required herein shall be considered, as primary insurance over and above any other insurance, or self–insurance, available to UNIVERSITY, and that any other insurance, or self-insurance available to UNIVERSITY shall be considered secondary to, or in excess of, the insurance coverage(s) procured by COMPANY as required herein. Certificates of Insurance and the insurance policy require the endorsement “The School and its employees, officers and agents are additional insureds on the above listed insurance policies, excepting professional liability and workers' compensation policy.” The certificate holder should state “The University of Tampa, 401 W Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606.
