A shelter in place order may be issued when it is safer to remain indoors than to evacuate.

Review the University's evacuation procedures, faculty/staff and student checklists and evacuation guidelines.

If an unexpected, time-sensitive emergency occurs (e.g., fire, accident) it should be reported immediately to the Department of Campus Safety. Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year.

Report a crime, student of concern or get assistance if you are a victim of a crime.
