How do I get access to Ingeniux?

1. Watch the Training Videos:
   • How to Edit and Advance a Page (4:04)
   • How to Add or Edit a PDF (5:26), Step-by-Step Instructions (PDF)
   • Read over the Ingeniux manual: Download Ingeniux Manual (PDF)
2. Take the Quiz
   Take the Ingenuix Quiz and pass with a score of at least 80%. Take a screenshot of your score.
3. Notify jpilarczyk@ut.edu by sending the screenshot of your score to gain access in MyUTampa.

What is a workflow?

The workflow refers to the process of advancing a page through multiple reviewers before your page goes live. Depending on your process, you may have a reviewer in your department and others may send their content directly to our office. This process has already been established for all areas, so the only thing you need to worry about as a web author is making sure your content is accurate, making changes to outdated content and then pressing the advance button. Watch the  How to Edit and Advance a Page video for a walkthrough.

What do the emails mean?

Approve and Publish: This page has been approved by the final approver and published to the website. The page will go live in an hour and you may review the page on the live website at that time. No action is needed.

Edit Content: The page is currently being worked on by the web author.

Send For Review: If you are an approver, this page is awaiting your review. Please click on the view item link to review and advance. No action is needed from web author unless approver sends it back.

Submit Issues or Requests

Did you find an issue on your page? Did your form not send to you after you tested it? Please fill out the Ingeniux Support Request Form. Your request will be responded to in the order it was received. We appreciate your patience as we work through issues with the new system.
