The Information Technology and Security organization encompasses the Information Technology Operations, Information Security and Enterprise Solutions departments. We are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service while partnering with campus organizations to enhance and optimize their use of technology resources to meet business and academic objectives.
- The Information Technology and Security service desk provides support to students, faculty and staff with assistance tailored to each group’s specific needs.
- The Information Security team provides a multi-faceted security awareness and data protection program to help provide the UT community with training and resources to promote safe computing.
- Campus Media Services handles audio visual support for events and provides faculty with assistance utilizing audio visual equipment in labs and classrooms.
