Student Transition and Persistence
Student Transition and Persistence was created
to provide leadership and support to students, faculty and staff in the
quest for student success and persistence. This includes the facilitation of programs for first generation students, a student communication plan, participation in the students of concern program and a strengths-based education initiative.
Saunders Writing Center
The Saunders Writing Center aids students with their writing projects.
The UT Speaking Center provides assistance with public speech performances with one-to-one tutoring and small group workshops with peer tutors.
Graduate Writing Workshop
A two-week intensive writing enrichment workshop for graduate students. It is designed primarily for graduate students whose first language is not English.
