Flourishing Tampa Bay Area industries provide students with opportunities for professional involvement in advertising, public relations, media, and other communication fields. Students participate and learn through organizations, field trips, internships, guest speakers, and employment.
Computer Lab Resources
Waterfront multimedia labs with 40 computer workstations provide students with the Adobe Graphics Suite, QuarkXPress, Flash, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro, Maya, and other multimedia programs.
The University of Tampa's WUTZ Radio station, as well as studio television production courses provide students with hands-on experience in broadcast media.
Students have access to video cameras, audio and lighting equipment, video editing suites, and 16 mm film editing technologies.
