Projects completed during President Vaughn's tenure as president of the University of Tampa.

  Six new residence halls.
UT Parking Decks  Two new parking decks and one deck expansion.
UT College of Business  The new John H. Sykes College of Business building.
UT's Vaughn Center  The Vaughn Center, a new student center and residential complex.
UT's R.K. Bailey Studio  The new R.K. Bailey Art Studios.
UT's Cass Building  The Cass Building (Science and Communication).
UT's Dance Center  A new dance center.
UT's Entrance Way  A new campus grand entryway.
UT's Athletic Facilities  A new fitness complex, a new soccer stadium, and new baseball and softball facilities.
UT Wireless Access  Development of a fiber-optically wired campus with the latest information technology, including 200 wireless sites and 43 computer labs.
Riverside Building  A newly redesigned Riverside Classroom and Administrative Building.
SykesChapel_complete  The Sykes Chapel and Center for Faith and Values was dedicated in 2010.
Health_Center_complete  The Dickey Health and Wellness Center totals approximately 10,300 square feet and includes a waiting area, eight exam rooms, a triage space, pharmacy, staff offices, holding rooms, counseling offices and a group counseling room.
Science Annex  Completed in August 2010, the Science Annex is an 8,000-square-foot building with labs for organic chemistry, chemistry research, biology research, offices and a classroom.
Kennedy Building  In 2011, the University purchased and renovated the 8,000-square-foot Kennedy Building which houses the ELS Language Center.
Martinez Construction  New Health Science and Human Performance Building and Athletics, Athletic Training and ROTC Building underway.
