Projects completed during President Vaughn's tenure as president of the University of Tampa.

	Six new residence halls.
	Two new parking decks and one deck expansion.
	The new John H. Sykes College of Business building.
	The Vaughn Center, a new student center and residential complex.
	The new R.K. Bailey Art Studios.
	The Cass Building (Science and Communication).
	A new dance center.
	A new campus grand entryway.
	A new fitness complex, a new soccer stadium, and new baseball and softball facilities.
	Development of a fiber-optically wired campus with the latest information technology, including 200 wireless sites and 43 computer labs.
	A newly redesigned Riverside Classroom and Administrative Building.
	The Sykes Chapel and Center for Faith and Values was dedicated in 2010.
	The Dickey Health and Wellness Center totals approximately 10,300 square feet and includes a waiting area, eight exam rooms, a triage space, pharmacy, staff offices, holding rooms, counseling offices and a group counseling room.
	Completed in August 2010, the Science Annex is an 8,000-square-foot building with labs for organic chemistry, chemistry research, biology research, offices and a classroom.
	In 2011, the University purchased and renovated the 8,000-square-foot Kennedy Building which houses the ELS Language Center.
	New Health Science and Human Performance Building and Athletics, Athletic Training and ROTC Building underway.
