Completed in August 2010, the Science Annex is an 8,000-square-foot building with labs for organic chemistry, chemistry research, biology research, offices and a classroom. |

In 2011, the University purchased and renovated the 8,000-square-foot Kennedy Building which houses the ELS Language Center. |
