The Honors Program at The University of Tampa is highly selective, admitting only the brightest and most dedicated students. However, UT students are not always aware of the opportunities available through UT's Honors Program. We invite UT faculty to recommend freshmen or sophomore students they believe would benefit from the enhanced educational opportunities available through the Honors Program. Students should be high-achieving, have at least a 3.5 GPA, and have demonstrated a commitment to educational excellent and academic inquiry. Juniors and seniors are no longer allowed to join the Honors Program. After receiving your recommendation, we will contact the student and arrange to meet with them to discuss the opportunities available through the Honors Program.
