Community Members Invited To Join UT Symphony Orchestra

Are you an instrumentalist? Do you play strings, winds, brass or percussion? Would you like to play in an orchestra? If so, consider joining The University of Tampa Symphony Orchestra.

Plant Hall
Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in the Grand Rehearsal Room on the fourth floor of the Ferman Center for the Arts on the UT campus.

The UT Symphony Orchestra is a university ensemble, but welcomes both adult and high school student members of the community. The dynamic in the orchestra is one in which students can learn from the more experienced players, and the older musicians are inspired by the students.

Conducted by Susan B. Robinson, the orchestra plays a variety of music, from serious, classical works to lighter fare.

Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in the Grand Rehearsal Room on the fourth floor of the Ferman Center for the Arts on the UT campus. The first rehearsal of the season will be Wednesday, Sept. 1.

Visitor parking is available on the ground floor of the Thomas Parking Garage.
