The Office of the Registrar orders diplomas after all degrees are conferred for all students graduating that semester. Diplomas are mailed to the diploma address entered by the student in Workday. The delivery date may be delayed due to University closure or official postal service interruptions. Diplomas will not be released for graduates with financial holds.
Replacement Diplomas
Graduates may request a new copy of their diploma. Replacement diplomas take six to eight weeks to ship from the date the request form and payment is received by the Office of the Registrar.
Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma)
A CeDiploma is available for 2023 graduates and later.
