- This appeal form must be submitted online within (5) five days from the date the citation was issued.
- Fields in red cannot be left blank. If you are a UT student, faculty, or staff person, you must complete the entire form. If the form is not completed properly, the Traffic Board may discard your appeal.
- Be as detailed as possible about your appeal, as this will be the only information you will provide to the Traffic Board.
- After you have submitted your appeal, a copy will be sent to your email address.
DECISIONS MADE BY THE TRAFFIC BOARD ARE FINAL
Decisions may take up to one month to be reached. Decision letters will be sent to the address or UT box that you provide on the form. If you live on campus you MUST provide your UT Box number and not just your Residence Hall information.

Citations may be paid on SpartanWeb (for student, faculty, and staff), in the bursar’s office, or by mail.
