UT's Camerata and Chamber Singers Finish Performance Season May 5 and 9

“I hope you will join me in celebrating the magnificent work these students have put into making this program really special,” said Ryan Hebert, UT’s director of choral studies.
The program will feature pieces by Herbert Brewer, Moses Hogan, Herbert Howells, Edwin Fissinger, Libby Larsen, Claudio Monteverdi and others. Each of the choirs will sing selections accompanied by the Chapel’s Dobson pipe organ played by Dale Williams, adjunct professor of music.
The Camerata Singers is a select chamber choir for women’s voices; the 36-voice Chamber Singers is UT’s premiere, mixed vocal ensemble. Membership in both ensembles is by audition only.
