Witness the interplay of visual art, music and dance during
An Evening of Experimental Dance on Friday, Nov. 13, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Scarfone/Hartley Gallery at The University of Tampa. The event is free and open to the public.
The presentation will feature dance, music, poetry and performance pieces choreographed by UT faculty and students in relation to the current exhibition, which features the latest works by the University’s art faculty members.
Musicians and actors will join the dancers for an evening of unexpected relationships and surprises, accompanied by special guests from the community.
“Each year we are honored to have this special presentation directed by Susan Taylor Lennon,” said Dorothy Cowden, gallery director, who has been a longtime champion and supporter of collaborations between the visual and performing arts. “This exciting event brings amazing energy into the Scarfone/Hartley Gallery for all to enjoy.”
The event is sponsored by the UT Department of Speech, Theatre and Dance. For more information, contact Lennon at
