UT Film, Animation and New Media (FMX) Faculty Exhibition at Scarfone/Hartley Gallery April 1-15

The University of Tampa’s Scarfone/Hartley Gallery will host a showcase of artistic works by faculty in the College of Arts and Letters’ Department of Film, Animation and New Media (FMX). The exhibition runs from Friday, April 1, to Friday, April 15, with a closing reception on April 15 from 6-8 p.m.

The Film, Animation and New Media (FMX) Faculty Exhibition provides a glimpse into the variety and expertise of FMX professors and part-time faculty, displaying 2D, 3D and 4D works in a digital, time-based, virtual and multi-media installation; digital photographic works; and short narrative, experimental films and animations.

This is an opportunity to view the most recent work created by Aaron Walker , FMX chair and associate professor; Dana Plays , professor; Gregg Perkins and Santiago Echeverry , associate professors; Taylor Raye Curry and Tim Ridlen , assistant professors; Elena Cifuentes '72, Dana Corrigan '06, Christopher Christian, Stuart Fail, Allen Hampton, Valerie Castillo-Martinez, Mikhail Mansion '09 and Tyrone Stude (all part-time faculty); and Destiny Greer '20, staff assistant.

The Scarfone/Hartley Gallery is located on campus at the R.K. Bailey Art Studios at 310 N. Blvd. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday, and 1-4 p.m. on Saturday. There is no charge for admission.
