While graduation isn’t until Saturday, Francheska Flores ’11 has been packing her bags and planning her future for months. The finance major, with a minor in marketing, has been searching for apartments in New York City since she landed a job with JPMorgan Chase last semester. As a new employee in the operations department, the UT senior is looking forward to the next phase of her life.

Flores interned with JPMorgan Chase in her junior year in the company’s corporate development program. She also served as treasurer of Student Government, managing a budget of more than $250,000, tutored middle school students as a Spartan Mentor and was active in the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.

Flores will join more than 1,200 others at The University of Tampa’s commencement on May 7 at the St. Pete Times Forum in downtown Tampa.
