Accounting Fraternity Takes First
The University of Tampa’s chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, an honorary organization for financial information students and professionals, took a first place at the 2009 Deloitte Best Practices competition at the Beta Alpha Psi Southeast Regional Conference in Nashville in February.

first place at the 2009 Deloitte Best Practices competition at the Beta
Alpha Psi Southeast Regional Conference in Nashville in February.
The competition involved a ten minute presentation on "Chapter Sustainability: The Future Success of Your Chapter," which was intended to encourage chapters to develop and execute a strategy to ensure long-term sustainability of the chapter.
The team competed against USF and UCF who finished second and third, respectively.
