Professional and Community Activities: Harold Webb is the vice president of the Tampa Bay Technology Leadership Association (TBTLA) and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). He served in the U.S.
Army in a number of varied assignments, the last being focused on the research and development
of advanced systems.
