CREATE (Creating Real Entrepreneurial Actions Through Education) is a business idea pitch competition open to all University of Tampa students who believe they have an idea that can become a real business. Students with the best business concepts are selected to go through an entrepreneurial boot camp that covers topics such as marketing, management, finance and presentation skills. At the conclusion of the boot camp, students will showcase their presentations and compete for cash prizes.
The opening pitch day is when all groups interested in participating will deliver their pitch to a group of judges. The top 10 teams will then be selected to move on to our entrepreneurial bootcamps and end with a final pitch.

C.R.E.A.T.E. Preliminary Pitch Day
Sept. 25, 2023, 5 to 7 p.m. in the LEC Pitch Room
Bootcamps: Oct. 6-27
To participate in the competition you MUST be able to attend the bootcamps.
C.R.E.A.T.E. Final Pitch Day
Nov. 3, 2023, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the LEC Pitch Room

- 1st Place: $3,000
- 2nd Place: $1,000
- 3rd Place: $500
