Nicole Ratti has been working in the mental health field since 2001 and licensed as a counselor since 2008. Her experience in mental health includes working in very diverse environments including the jails, hospitals and school systems with individuals of all ages.
In her current role as the clinical case manager, she receives referrals from the Students of Concern program. An assessment is completed on the referred student in order to identify an individualized plan of care. This can include linking the student with resources to support them both emotionally and academically. She continues to maintain ongoing relationships with these students in order to foster their growth and stability. She also works with students going through the conduct process who may be experiencing an alcohol or drug related issue.
Area of Professional Interest/Expertise: Cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, SMART recovery for addiction, anxiety and mood disorders, child and adolescent issues, family therapy and LGBTQ+.
Ratti is a member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and Delta Gamma National Sorority.
She enjoys running, reading, spending time with friends and family, her dog and two cats, visiting Cleveland, OH, and her hometown, Pittsburgh, PA.
