Career Specialties

Todd Campbell is a vertebrate ecologist with a special interest in the amphibians and reptiles of the Southeast. His broad research interests include the study of how introduced species differ in their native and invaded lands and how introduced species interact with their environments. 

Professional and Community Activities

Campbell’s professional experience includes scientific work for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, as well as numerous other research positions.

In addition to his scholarly publications, he has created an extensive guide book for the Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area. An avid nature photographer, he has provided images for national parks, conservation groups and other wildlife organizations.
