Career Specialties: Stephane Bucaille's academic interests are comprised of three major areas; how to identify, develop and integrate new technologies to optimize business processes; how to develop, deploy or evolve an entire enterprise architecture system to support business operations and development, and collaboration among the teams and how to transform organizations and business processes to optimize overall results.

Professional and Community Activities:

All of Bucaille's experience in the field of technology management has been acquired and recognized through several types of positions in the Industry, over more than 15 years now. Bucaille has been lucky to understand and to directly practice the processes of business at all levels for the youngest startups as much as for the biggest global companies in their domains.

Bucaille has been able to master how executive management is implemented, how objectives are defined, how a business plan is elaborated, how resources are acquired and allocated to reach the defined objectives.

Bucaille has understood the importance of business operations and business processes, and the upmost advantages of a well defined and used enterprise architecture. The business technology management has become one of Bucaille's favorite topics, and the optimization of technology development and implementation is today at the center of Bucaille's interests.
