Angela Angeleska specializes in applied mathematics in biology. Her work applies graph theory, knot theory and formal languages in natural computing and modeling of bio-molecular processes.

Angela Angeleska has published articles in Discrete Applied Mathematics and the Journal of Theoretical Biology. She is a member of the American Mathematical Society and the Association for Women in Mathematics.
