Career Specialties: Christine Harrington's research focuses on corporate finance and the market for corporate control. Her recent publications address the leverage implications of tax avoidance and issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
Professional and Community Activities: Harrington is a member of the Eastern Finance Association, Financial Management Association and the American Finance Association. She has presented her work at numerous regional and national conferences. She is pursuing certification in experiential education. She enjoys helping students apply learning to marketplace situations such as investing and understanding current events in finance.
