Students already enrolled at The University of Tampa may register themselves for classes in any of the summer terms, including May Term, as soon as registration opens (see Summer Sessions for open registration date). Registration remains open until the start of the respective summer term. Prepayment will be required for late registrations. Adviser clearance is not required for summer term registration, but it is suggested students consult with their adviser if there are questions concerning the correct courses to take during the summer.
To browse summer session courses:
- Go to the "Live Course Search" on SpartanWeb.
- Choose any of the summer terms in the "term" drop down (May Term or any term starting with "Summer") to find courses that are offered. You are not required to log on to SpartanWeb to search for courses.
- You can also view a list of all summer courses, which is sorted by discipline.
If you don't see the course you want or have a suggestion for a summer course, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You do not have to get your adviser to clear you for any summer courses if you are a continuing UT student; however, it is suggested students consult with their adviser before registering in a course to ensure it fits in their program of study.
